When will she smile?
So Izzie's quiet alert time has definitely increased. And like a good girl, she moved her quiet alert times to the day time. I've been trying to get her to smile during these times (babies are supposed to start smiling 4-6 weeks). Hopefully we'll get a grinner soon. In the meantime, I just thought she was so dang cute. Also, doesn't she look chunky? We call her our little chunky monkey.

what's quiet alert tiem?
Its when newborns aren't sleeping/feeding/crying, but just quiet and alert. They usually just are still and look around. When babies grow older, they don't really have quiet alert time anymore - its more active play time. But for newborns, this is when they kind of learn about their surroundings and stuff. =]
oooh yeah I don't know anything about babies =)
