Izzie's First Time in the Ocean

As a family vacation/reunion type, we met up with my parents and grandparents in Maui. It was 5 days of a lot of relaxing and fun. It was great having my family there - we had a lot of catch-up time and of course they were more than willing to watch Izzie for me and Al so we can go out on our own time to time.

One of the biggest events on our trip was we dunked Izzie in the ocean for the first time. In general, whenever Izzie does something new, she holds back a little bit. She's curious, but she take the time to take it all in and get used to it first.



After awhile Izzie just chilled and figured out the ocean was like one big salty (and a bit cold) bathtub, and she got into it. Here she is with my dad:
