Izzie - you're 2 months old today!

Dear Kiddo,

You're 2 months old today! Its really hard to believe that it has been 2 months since you've made your entrance into this world. You've accomplished a lot in the past month. When you're leaning against Mommy or Daddy you can now bear your weight on your legs. No more fetal position legs for you - you want to see the world standing tall! You've also started to smile a great deal for the people around you. Keep it going - it is truly the best feeling in the world to see you so happy. You've also started to coo or "talk" more. Both of us enjoy the conversations we have with you so much. Its amazing to see you become more interested in your surroundings. You like to watch our nanny cook, you enjoy our bedtime (or more like anytime) stories and you really like to listen to music, especially the live variety by yours truly. Unfortunately, you've also experienced your first fever - in fact you're still fending that off. But you're a strong baby, and you take illness like a champ!
